INGREDIENTS:

OATS                                                                     –               100 GMS

CHOPPED DATES                                              –              40 GMS

CHOPPED ALMOND AND PISTACHIOS     –              30 MGS

CARDAMOM POWDER                                  –              1 TSP

CONDENSED MILK                                           –               15 – 20 ML

GHEE                                                                     –               1 TSP

METHOD:

  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast the oats till golden brown.
  • Roast chopped nuts for 2-3 min.
  • Warm the dates in a pan for 3 min to make them soft.
  • Take a bowl – mix oats, nuts, dates, cardamom power and condensed milk together.
  • Wet your palms, take one table spoon mixture and roll down mixture in circular manner to make dry fruits oats ladoo balls.
