INGREDIENTS:

GINGER                                –              1 ½ INCH

WATER                                 –              1 ½ CUP

ORANGE                              –              1/2 CUP

GRAPES                                –               1/4 CUP

PINEAPPLE                          –              1/4 CUP

LIME JUICE                        –               1 TSP

SUGAR                                 –              2 TSP

SALT                                      –          2 PINCHES

CRUSHED ICE                     –       AS DESIRED

MINT FINELY CHOPPED –            1TSP

METHOD:

  • Grind ginger in 3 tbsp of water and strain to obtain the ginger juice.
  • Finely grind all fruits together with water.
  • Add lemon juice, ginger juice and sugar to the ground mixture.
  • Pour the juice over crushed ice and serve garnished mint.
