METHOD :

  • 1) PEEL GUAVA SKIN & CUT INTO SMALL PIECES.
  • 2) TAKE A BOWL ADD CURD, ROASTED JEERA POWDER AND SALT, MIX WELL.
  • 3) ADD CHOPPED GUAVA INTO IT.
  • 4) HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD GREEN CHILLIES & CURRY LEAVES.
  • 5) POUR THE SEASONING ON TO THE RAITA BOWL.
  • 6) GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
