INGREDIENTS :

DRUMSTICK LEAVES                       –              ½ BUNCH

GRATED COCONUT                         –              3 TSP

URAD DHAL                                        –              1 TSP

RED CHILLI                                           –              5 NOS

JEERA                                                    –              ¼ TSP

CHOPPED GINGER                           –              ½ TSP

OIL                                                         –              1 TSP

SALT                                                      –              TO TASTE

TAMARIND                                         –              LITTLE

METHOD :

  • HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD URAD DHAL, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  • ADD RED CHILLI, JEERA, GINGER AND DRUMSTICK LEAVES.
  • SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES.
  • ALLOW IT TO COOL.
  • IN A MIXER JAR ADD TAMARIND , GRATED COCONUT , SALT AND SAUTED MIXTURE.
  • GRIND IT TO A COARSE PASTE.
  • SERVE IT WITH IDLY, DOSA OR STEAMED RICE.
