Ingredients  

For Frying Potatoes:

2 Nos Potatoes, sliced

5 Tbsp Cornflour

1 1/2 Tbsp Salt

2 tsp Chilli Powder

For Honey Chilli Sauce:

1 1/2 tsp Garlic

1 tsp Ginger

2 Nos Whole Red Chillies , chopped

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

2 tsp Tomato Sauce

2 tsp Chilli Sauce

1 tsp Vinegar

2 Tbsp Honey

1 tsp Salt

4 tsp Sesame Seeds , roasted

2 Bulbs Spring Onions

Method

Take two potatoes and cut them into slices in a bowl.

In the bowl add corn flour, salt and red chilli powder.

Toss them well so that the mixture coats the sliced potatoes properly.4.Now heat oil in a broad pan and deep fry the potatoes on medium flame till golden brown and crisp.

Do not fry on high flame otherwise they will burn from outside and remain uncooked from inside.

In another pan dry roast the sesame seeds on low heat till light brown and keep aside.

For the chilly Sauce:

Heat oil and add garlic, ginger, whole red chillies, chilli flakes and tomato sauce. Stir well.

Now add chilli sauce, vinegar, honey and salt.

Mix all the ingredients well to make a sauce.

Add the fried potatoes and coat them well with the sauce

Toss well and sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds and spring onions.

Combine the ingredients well and serve the crunchy honey chilli potatoes immediately.
