INGREDIENTS

Pineapple (chopped) -1 cup

Ginger – 1 inch bit

Mint leaves – a few

Sugar – 3 tsp

Ice – a few cubes

METHOD

·  Chop pineapple in to chunks and add small pieces of ginger.

·  Place them in a blender and add mint leaves and sugar.

·  Blend well, add water and blend again.

·  Strain and pour it in a glass.

·  Add ice cubes on top and serve immediately.
