Here’s the diet of five top Bollywood actresses that can motivate you to eat right!

From what they wear to what they do, we secretly do what to know all about her favourite actresses. Sometimes, we do wonder about their perfectly toned body. While some follow an expensive diet, here are a few of our favourite Bollywood actresses who follow a simple routine and I’m sure, they can motivate you to start your own diet as well.

Priyanka Chopra:

Priyanka believes in eating something healthy every two hours. Her breakfast usually includes two egg whites or oatmeal with a glass of skimmed milk. She has dal, vegetables, and two rotis with salad for lunch. Her dinner usually consists of soup, grilled chicken or fish, and vegetables. She usually snacks on sprout salad, turkey sandwich, coconut water, and nuts.


Deepika Padukone:

Deepika’s diet rules involve having two egg white and low-fat milk for breakfast, low fat South Indian food for lunch, a filter coffee in the evening and avoiding heavy foods for dinner. Besides this simple plan, she enjoys salads, chapatis, healthy veggies and nuts such as almonds and walnuts. Drinking fresh juices and having fruits every two hours is a crucial part of her beauty and fitness regimen.


Mallika Sherawat:

She is a vegan, which means no dairy, no eggs, no chicken, no meat but lots of fruits, vegetables and green juices.

Katrina Kaif:

At a recent book launch, Katrina Kaif revealed that keeps altering her diet and fitness plans according to roles she plays in different movies. “My diet and fitness mantra depends on what I want to achieve, whatever role or the desired result is. So, whether you want to look little more toned or want a more athletic look, you want to look very thin for a role, or you want just look normal like a soft woman who does not want too much of definition, I change the plan accordingly,” she said.


Alia Bhatt:

The young and petite Alia Bhatt focuses on eating properly. “My only mantra is to eat healthy and properly. The most important is to feed yourself right kind of nutrition, right rest and you have to feel internally happy. What will be the point of working out if I will be sitting down and doing nothing? You have to feel internally happy and positive,” Alia shared at a recent book launch.

Alia usually starts her day with a bowl of poha or vegetables for breakfast. She follows this up with a mid-morning snack of fruits or idli sambar. Her lunch usually includes dal, roti, and vegetables. She has roti and vegetables, or dal and rice, along with the chicken for dinner.
