The Indian Wicket Keeper MS Dhoni had a forgetful 2018 but he is making up for it with three fifties in three matches in 2019. He also guided the Indian team to win the ODI series in Australia and was the man of the series in the tournament.
Dhoni, who made news when he took the match ball in the England series which led to serious questions about his retirement. Later, it was revealed that he had taken it to show the condition of the ball to bowling coach. Though, the rumours had already made rounds that even head Ravi Shastri had to deny any such news.
On Friday, again, Dhoni took the match ball after the conclusion of the third ODI and was seen handing it over to Sanjay Bangar.
While giving the ball, Dhoni said ‘Ball lelo nahi to bolega retirement le rahe hain’ which is translated to ‘Take the ball or else they will say I am retiring.’
